This is an interim release, testing the 'multiple commits result in ureliable testing' issue described at http://drupal.org/node/1757668

This changes the re-queuing mechanism, which may result in multiple copies of the same branch tests being queued simultaneously. In the past, this has led to some potentially unstable behaviour on the testbots, so please keep an eye out for i) perpetually re-queued tests, ii) '0 tests passed' results, iii) mysql/coder environment confusion, or iv) any other testbot strangeness.
