I deployed a version of Project Dependency today that had a flaw in it. The flaw was reported in http://drupal.org/node/1530452

A number of contrib modules were affected, including at least ubercart and og.

The symptom was "git failed to check out from repository".

The failed version has been reverted, and we're working on a correct version in http://drupal.org/node/1507650.

However, your module might need its dependencies rebuilt. If so, you can request that in http://drupal.org/node/1530452
